Terms of Service (omnicard)

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of omnicard (omnicard.pro), a link‑in‑bio SaaS that lets creators publish a public profile page and manage widgets through a dashboard.
1. Owner / Operator
The Service is operated by Yannick Berthoud, Owner and publisher of the omnicard.pro platform.

2. Accounts
You must create an account to use the dashboard (email, password, username). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. Service description
- Free: public page, link widgets, minimal theme, click counters.
- Premium: animated themes and advanced widgets, via Stripe subscription.
4. Premium subscription (Stripe)
Premium is billed on the selected cadence (monthly or yearly) and renews automatically until cancelled. Subscription management is handled via Stripe’s customer portal.
5. User content
You are responsible for the links and content you publish. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content (malware/phishing).
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer protection rules may apply depending on your location.
